In "Mini Musicians" young children will have an opportunity to discover a world of music through rhythm, singing, ear training and simple note reading.  They will get to be active while learning with shakers, maracas,tambourines and other fun instruments.  A great beginner class for introducing your young children to music and how its made! This class will perform one music recital each semester.

Summer Programs


Private Lessons


Integriti Music Conservatory offers  private lessons in a number of different instruments. Students can choose from piano (traditional or Suzuki or a combinations of both), voice, guitar, rhythm/percussion, bass guitar and combo classes are available too, for example ½ hour lesson could consist of 15 min of piano/15 min of voice.


Classes run from August 15th- May 18th will the nine month school calendar. There will be two recitals each year, in December a formal Christmas recital and in May, an informal recital.  Parents, relatives and friends welcome!

FEES:

20 minute lesson:              $60 per month. 

30 minute lesson:              $90 per month.

45 minute lesson:              $115 per month. 

1 hour lesson:                    $150 per month.

Group classes:                   $48 per month


* 5.00 discount for siblings and students that are already members of the dance classes at TDAC.

Faculty


  Kate Taylor has been a Spring Hill native for 4 years and has been in the Nashville music community for over 12 years. Kate has taught Suzuki, Traditional Piano and Vocal instruction for over 10 years.  She achieved her degree in Vocal Performance with a piano minor from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Currently she owns a SESAC publishing company called, "Published Integriti" and 10 of her songs have recently landed with SONY/CBS for TV.  She has professional recording experience and production experience in many different genres of music.  Her performance experience have been not only nation-wide but also include tours in Mexico, Italy, Canada, plus 6 years experience traveling the United States and singing with the ARMY Reserve Band from Detroit, Michigan.  Both of Kate's children take dance from TNDAC and she saw a need for a performance based music school in the Spring Hill area.  Kate is excited at the rapid growth of the new program and enjoys teaching her passion and love of music to children and adults.



   Shannon Hughes (originally from Alaska) has spent the last 18 years performing and teaching in the greater Michigan area.  She achieved a music performance degree in voice and piano from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Shannon has taught piano, voice and guitar for almost 20

years and thoroughly enjoys children and adult students.  Shannon is new to the Tennessee area and is excited to join the TDAC Music Conservatory teaching staff.
